You must be:

• An engineer (Chemical, Electrical, Process, or Mechanical) 
• Masters degree or PhD (Preferred) holder from a leading institution
• Sound understanding of carbon removal ecosystem. (Prior experience preferred)
• Willing to try different ideas in a collaborative manner (If you work best solo, we may not be the right home for you)
• Authorized to work in the US
• Based in or willing to locate to Bay Area
